Welcome to the second event in this series of 8 workshops this year. There will be one workshop every First Saturday of the month (except July, August).
Here is a brief introduction to the workshop:
An exploration of how movement can create stillness inside. These dances and exercises help bring awareness to the automation of our lives.

Using movement, dance,meditation and silent sitting, we will discover how easy it is to go into a still space. This is a powerful way of living in the present moment.
A unique opportunity to do a non-residential weekend in London. Please bring some loose, comfortable clothing.
Shruti has been doing the movements for 10 years and has completed her teacher training course last year. She is passionate about the movements and brings a very clear and direct approach to the teaching.
Introductory prices are £50 for one workshop and £160 if 4 consecutive workshops booked together.
