Sarita will be sharing Tantric Meditations in a taster group suitable for both couples and singles (no previous experience necessary). During this Vigyan Bhairav Tantra Weekend, we will be exploring some of the 112 meditations taken from this sublime 5000 year old Tantra scripture. We will work with the sense of vision, touch, taste, smell and listening, opening ourselves into heightened consciousness through our bodily experien...ces. Tantra is unique as a spiritual path, in that it allows us to enter profound meditative states through pleasure. In this weekend, you will be able to discover how easy it is to bring Tantra meditation into your daily life, in whatever way is most pleasant and easy for you. There will also be time for sharing and questions around the subject of Tantra meditation, love and relating. This is an opportunity to celebrate being alive and in relationships, as a conscious, loving spiritual path.

Wear loose comfortable clothing, bring a blindfold, a shawl, a sheet, a water bottle, a note book and pen.

Cost : £135 if you attend Friday as well or £120. You will get a couple discount if you bring in a friend.Both can come for £200. The group is gender balanced and there is an option of couple working with each other or not.
