I have a decent sized single room to rent in my 2 bedroom garden flat in Crouch End. Lovely location alongside Alexandra Park. You would share kitchen and bathroom with me, with access to dining room and living room. WI-FI available. Cost is £400 a month, inclusive. There is a cat in the house, so cat friendly person is essential. I am looking for a fun, easy-going and friendly flat-mate who also enjoys own space. Flat is cosy, but needs a little redecorating!
