Various OSHO meditations (Dynamic, Kundalini, Nadabrahma, AUM, Nataraj and others), sannyas celebrations, questions and answers time, dancing and walking in the beautiful forest.
HOSTEL:
YHA Epping Forest Hostel is a single store traditional Youth Hostel standing in 6,000 acres of woodland, formerly a Royal hunting forest. Just 15 mile from central London this rural retreats offers quiet, peaceful surroundings.
There are several footpaths, woodland tracks and waterways with a network of canal and towpaths, just two miles away.

How to get to the Youth Hostel:
From M25 exit at Jct 26, take A121 to Loughton. After 1/4 mile, turn right immediately at the Volunteer Inn. Take the next first right. Follow this for 1/2 mile. At the next left, turn up Wellington Hill. Hostel on right. From Loughton Tube Station take a mini cab (£5.00) or walk (40 mins - 1 hr walk on unlit forest roads).
Bus information:
Arriva E Herts & Essex 240, 250 from ( BR Waltham Cross-Loughton Underground) alight Volunteer Inn (30 min walk) / or Old Orleans roundabout (30 min walk).
Train information:
Underground: Loughton station (Zone 6 central line) 2.5 miles. Train : Chingford station 3.3 miles (to Liverpool Street).
Ferry Information:
Harwich 2 hours by car. Dover 1 hour 40 min by car.

Arranged in 1 x 2, 6 x 4 and 1 x 6 bunk bedded rooms. All rooms have wash
basins, all linen is provided. Please bring your own towel.

Directions:
Situated just off M25(j26). Take the exit off the roundabout signposted the A121 to Chingford. After approximately 1 mile, turn left at the next roundabout signposted the A112 to Chingford. The hotel is a half mile along this road on the left hand side.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
The Meditation Hall is situated 5 min walk from the hostel (an umbrella/rain coat could be a good idea)
Vegetarian Food will be provided for lunch and dinner. Breakfast will be served in the hostel for those staying in the hostel and camping on site.
Bring comfortable clothes for meditations. White clothes will be necessary for the evenings.
Bring individual mats or/and cushions for meditations.
Full fee must be paid before the camp (including one day only).Travel to and from the stations will be provided.
Bus will be provided for those staying in the motel (although it is only 2 miles walking distance)
